Propelier turns long reading lists into short Weekly Drops, tiny experiments, and reflection prompts that fit inside a busy work week. You pick a track, we give you a rhythm that helps ideas turn into real moves at work.
No big courses, no giant syllabus · just a clear loop you can actually keep up with.
No fixed end date, no giant syllabus. You stay on one focused track as long as it’s useful, and switch to a new focus whenever your priorities change.
Your weekly loop
Get your Drop: A fresh Weekly Drop with ideas, practices, and prompts.
Try one move: Apply one practice in a real meeting, decision, or workflow.
Log a Note: Capture what happened so the next Drop can build on it.
Solo gives you a steady trickle of useful ideas without the pressure of a program to finish.
How Cycles Work
A 6-week focused learning arc
Timed Cycles and Facilitated Cohorts use the same Weekly Drop mechanism as the Solo Track, but wrapped in a clear 6-week arc, plus two Review & Reset weeks so you catch up, consolidate, and choose what comes next on purpose.
Before each cycle: Choose your Track
Pick the track you want to run for the next six weeks.
Preview the themes your six weeks will cover so you can see the arc up front.
(Optional) jot a quick “before” note about how things work today.
You begin each cycle with a clear track and visible arc, so the next six weeks feel like a focused plan you can actually follow.
Weeks 1-3: Weekly Drops & Experiments
Each week you get a Weekly Drop on that track with ideas, practices, and prompts.
Choose one or two practices that fit your week, try them in real work, and note what happened.
In Timed Cycles this is async; in Cohorts there’s also a short weekly session.
Your learning time becomes one concrete experiment in your real work each week, so you see movement as well as theory.
Week 4: Connect what you’ve tried
Scan your notes to see which practices are working and which aren’t.
Keep what helps; drop or tweak what doesn’t fit your context.
In Cohorts, Week 4 often surfaces patterns and examples from across the group.
This is where scattered experiments turn into a pattern you can actually use.
Weeks 5-6: Turn experiments into keepers
Keep running the practices that proved useful, with more stability in your day-to-day.
Capture a simple recap: what changed, what stayed the same, what you’ll keep.
In Cohorts, the group distils a small “playbook” of go-to moves or principles.
You end the cycle with a short list of habits and plays you trust enough to keep using.
Weeks 7-8: Review & Reset
Rerun a past Drop if you want another pass at a theme that matters.
Or, use these weeks to catch up, repeat, or go deeper on key practices.
Choose your next focus: stay on the same track or switch to a different one.
Review & Reset is where you finish or replay what matters and line up the next focus, so what you’ve started has a chance to deepen instead of disappear.
Inside a Weekly Drop
What you actually get each week
Every Drop is a compact bundle you can finish in a week: one theme, a few hand-picked ideas, and tiny actions you can plug into your day.
A clear weekly focus
A short intro that spells out this week’s theme and why it matters, so you’re never guessing what to pay attention to.
A few curated resources
3–5 reads, listens, or visuals from real practitioners, in the trenches. Each one is chosen because it’s useful for this week’s theme, not just popular.
Built-in scaffolding
Each resource comes with key takeaways, definitions, common pitfalls, FAQs, and standout quotes, so ideas are easy to grasp and reuse later.
Try-this-week practices
Concrete moves you can test in real meetings, 1:1s, or planning sessions. No homework rooms, just tweaks to what you already do.
Reflection prompts
Simple questions to capture what you tried, what surprised you, and what you’ll repeat. Written so you can answer in a couple of minutes.
Your Practice Engine
How learning actually turns into better work
Every Drop follows the same Learn–Act–Review loop. You don’t just read more - you try small moves in real situations and capture what happens, so your work shifts a little each week.
Learn: get just enough signal
You start with a focused theme and a handful of high-signal resources.
Built-in scaffolding surfaces key ideas, pitfalls, and examples fast.
The goal isn’t to “finish a course”, it’s to spot one or two moves worth trying.
You spend your learning time finding the next move, not wading through noise.
Act: try one real-world move
Each Drop suggests small practices you can plug into live meetings, 1:1s, or decisions.
You pick the one that fits this week and your actual context.
No separate “homework time” — you learn by tweaking work you’re already doing.
Every week includes one concrete experiment in your real work, not just notes in a notebook.
Review: capture what sticks
Quick reflection prompts help you log what you tried and what changed.
You mark which practices are keepers and which ones to drop.
Over time, your notes become a personal playbook you can revisit and reuse.
Reflection turns one-off tries into a pattern you can actually steer.
Built to Scale with You
From personal experiments to shared playbooks
When you write down what you tried and what changed, it helps you first. When more people do the same, those notes make team conversations sharper and give your department a simple playbook it can reuse.
For you
Log the small moves you try and what happened. You end up with clear stories from real meetings and decisions you can bring into reviews, debriefs, and “what changed this quarter” conversations.
For your team
When several people use Propelier, everyone brings those notes into one to ones and team meetings. It becomes easier to see what actually works, where people are stuck, and what to try next together.
For your department
Across teams, the same useful moves and common pitfalls start to stand out. They become a lightweight playbook for your department and an easier way to bring new people up to speed on how you try to work here.
No endless feed
One focused Drop a week. That’s it.
No binge courses
Short weekly steps, not 10-hour marathons.
No micro-lesson clutter
Everything is tied to real work, not trivia.
No performance stage
No posts, no follower games, no pretending.
Advanced & Custom Journeys
Design the journey your team really needs.
For teams and facilitators who want more structure, Propelier stretches the same Weekly Drop loop into longer journeys you can shape around your team.
Custom pace: Chain tracks into 3–12-month journeys and decide how long you stay with each focus.
Custom content: Decide what lands in each week, set mandatory vs optional pieces, and define the minimum “reps” you want everyone to hit.
Custom cohorts: Brand your own track, run private company-only cohorts (one team or many), and keep them separate from public tracks.
More control: Use the People console plus optional Program and Analytics consoles (paid add-ons, currently in pilot) to design, run, and measure your journeys in one place.
Want a custom or certified journey for your team or community?
